Once your order is placed, Eliko Rugs by David Ariel will review the order and begin to process your payment. These rugs are not in-stock items, they are made once the order is placed. You can expect lead times of up to six months.

Once your order is placed, Eliko Rugs by David Ariel will carefully review the details and initiate the payment process. Please note that rugs designed by Anne-Marie Barton are custom-made and not available for immediate delivery. As a made-to-order item, production will begin upon confirmation of your order, and delivery timelines will be provided accordingly.

HOW DO I CANCEL MY ORDER

At Eliko Rugs by David Ariel, each of our custom rugs is meticulously handcrafted by skilled artisans, with production timelines spanning several months. Due to the bespoke nature of these made-to-order pieces, all sales are final. Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded. We encourage customers to review all details carefully before placing an order to ensure satisfaction with the final product.

HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER

Retail - customers can purchase items directly through our online shop. Each item in the collection is available in a limited range of sizes, without the option for custom modifications. Order through the online checkout system. We advise all customers to review our cancellation policy before placing their order.

Trade - those who have completed our Trade Inquiry Form will be able to access exclusive trade pricing and custom sizing order capabilities. Please note that colors and designs cannot be altered. Trade pricing will at first be available by contacting David Ariel Rugs via the trade contact form.
